In addition to his increasingly impressive catalogue, Roberto Bosco continues his podcast contributions with a new one for Tsugi. The famous French magazine has been an important voice in electronic and cutting-edge music since 2007 with an audio series that has also culled the talents of Ellen Allien, Richie Hawtin and Michael Mayer. To stream or download the mix, you can go to Tsugi's site, but we've got the tracklist right here.

Roberto is also gearing up for an EP release on Falkplatz (Aug 1) featuring a remix by Steffi, and his debut LP on Len Faki's Figure. After a well-received release on Figure SPC in 2009 and Figure, with 'Berlin Music City,' last year, 2011 delivers a concept-driven album with 10 original tracks. If you were a fan of Ben Klock's 'One' or Dettmann's 'Dettmann,' you can put Bosco's 'My Inner Dimension' on your to-listen list.

And with a recent track on the Detroit-based SCAN7 compilation - 'Techno Brings People Together Volume 1' - he also contributed to the official tribute album to the late, great Aaron-Carl, also from Detroit. You can hear "Ambient In My Street" on Roberto's Soundcloud account as well.

D-Node 118 : Droid Behavior Podcast By Roberto Bosco

Roberto Bosco also hit hard last week with a new podcast for Droid Behavior in Los Angeles. D-Node 118 is part of a mix series by the West coast powerhouse that has brought the talents of Dustin Zahn, Jonas Kopp and Taimur Agha of Blkmarket in the recent past. Starting off with Paperclip People's Basic Channel reshape and straight into Gys' "Beep" from Zer0gsounds, it goes on to show a deep, dubbier side of Bosco, who is known more and more for his versatility as a producer, remixer and DJ.

Hear Roberto Bosco's Track Off 'Flash' - The Aaron-Carl Tribute Album From Detroit

When Detroit producer Aaron-Carl passed away last September, the electronic music community around the world was overcome with sadness. He was regarded as a talented artist and beautiful human being, and, to honor his life, 6one6 recordings in Detroit has been putting together a tribute album featuring new tracks. 'Flash' is a compilation celebrating the life and work of Aaron-Carl, and all of the sales benefit his family.

Roberto Bosco is one of the select artists to be a part of this project, which also includes Santiago Salazar, Rennie Foster and Mark Archer (of Altern8). His contribution is called "Ambient In My Street," and can be heard below. If you are interested in purchasing the 'Flash' compilation, it's best to go through 6one6's online shop.

Photos from Roberto Bosco with Levon Vincent In Salerno

This past weekend, Roberto Bosco played with Levon Vincent in his own hometown of Salerno for The Circle, where he is currently a resident DJ. You can view more pictures in the event's Facebook album. The event was wedged between a stellar January/February lineup that also included Steffi and has Art Department on the 25th. Roberto will be playing for The Circle again in late March...stay tuned to find out who the special guest is!

Bosco + Vincent are a good pair, and we hope a recording of their sets surface in the near future. Their styles are both very deep, diverse and Roberto recently featured two of Levon's tracks in his lauded Electronique podcast. You can hear this, and other mixes, on his freshly updated EPK via Soundcloud.
